• DUNGEONS & DRAGONS – SEEKERS OF THE ASHEN CROWN

    Esta aventura autônoma de D&D é projetada para contar personagens do 2º ao 5º nível.

    Embora nominalmente definido no cenário de campanha de Eberron, os Mestres de Masmorras podem facilmente incorporá-lo em suas campanhas de D&D “caseiras”.

    Na aventura, uma agência secreta conhecida como Lanternas Negras contrata os personagens dos jogadores para recuperar fragmentos da Coroa Ashen, um artefato deixado para trás por um império goblin e procurado por vários agentes do mal.

    História do Produto

    “Seekers of the Ashen Crown” (2009), de Scott Fitzgerald Gray e Chris Sims, é a aventura oficial da 4e Eberron. Foi publicado em julho de 2009.

    Completando a Linha Eberron. Na era 4e (2008-2012), as linhas de configuração eram curtas; o plano original era que cada um contivesse apenas três livros: um grande livro do jogador, um grande livro de campanha e um grande livro de aventura. A linha Eberron conseguiu uma aventura bônus graças ao Free RPG Day: “Khyber’s Harvest” (2009). Então, quando “Seekers of the Ashen Crown” (2009) apareceu para terminar a linha de Eberron, foi na verdade a segunda aventura do cenário.

    Nas configurações da 4ª edição, os jogadores deveriam passar do 1º para o 2º nível em uma aventura no Guia de Campanha principal e , em seguida, ir do 2º para o 5º nível na aventura principal. Eberron segue esse plano com o guia de campanha “The Mark of Prophecy” e “Seekers of the Ashen Crown”. “Colheita de Kybher” também era uma aventura de segundo nível, então não necessariamente se encaixava em um caminho geral para as aventuras de Eberron.

    A inovação em “Seekers of the Ashen Crown” reside em seus detalhes. Onde as aventuras “HPE” (2008-2009) se concentraram principalmente em encontros como locais individuais, “Seekers of the Ashen Crown” os reimagina como cenas individuais , cada uma com seu próprio talento cinematográfico. Uma luta entre um dirigível e um dragão provavelmente exemplifica isso melhor, mas a ideia continua na aventura e continuaria nas aventuras de jogo organizadas dos Encontros de muito sucesso da Wizards (2010-2014). “Seekers of the Ashen Crown” também dá mais atenção aos NPCs e ao RPG do que as aventuras anteriores da 4ª edição.
